8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
½ cup chopped green onions
1 pkg. small rolls
1 1/2 lbs. Cajun roast beef (look in the deli)
sliced Swiss cheese
½ cup butter, melted
- Mix the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions together in a small bowl.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on both sides of each roll.
- Layer roast beef and Swiss cheese on each roll and brush them with melted butter.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and serve immediately.
