8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
½ cup chopped green onions
1 pkg. small rolls
1 1/2 lbs. Cajun roast beef (look in the deli)
sliced Swiss cheese
½ cup butter, melted

  1. Mix the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions together in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on both sides of each roll.
  3. Layer roast beef and Swiss cheese on each roll and brush them with melted butter.
  4. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and serve immediately.
